Brandi Carlile - Heaven

I found this song when I was supposed to be studying for finals this past year. It's a cover of a Bryan Adams classic, but Brandi Carlile does a great job of putting her personal spin on it. Also the video that goes along with the song is pretty awesome. Baby you're all that I want.

Dawes - When My Time Comes

I was able to see these guys at a local coffee place last summer and since then they've gotten some pretty big national recognition. They've been featured in a few commercials and their new album has gotten some good reviews. Anyway this song is really good and even though I thought this band was a little cheesy live, they've grown on me. One time.

Rodrigo y Gabriela - Tamacun

I heard this song a few years ago on my favorite local radio station around here, WRNR. This song features the guitar stylings of two musicians out of Mexico. They play some classical sounding music, with a modern flare. I think that they would be outstanding to see live, but I did a little research and they seem to be on a music hiatus right now, bummer dude. Either way, this song is great and so are most of their others. Turn my headphones up.
